RumsfeldSenator Ted Kennedy, one of Congress's most vociferous Iraq war critics, slammed the war effort as "consistently grossly mismanaged," and held Rumsfeld personally responsible.
"We are now in a seemingly intractable quagmire. Our troops are dying and there really is no end in sight," the liberal Democratic senator said.  Rest of this AP-Yahoo story.
